Recommended Use: Adults may take 1 caplet 3 times per day on an empty stomach. For advanced usage take 4 caplets 3 times per day for 10 days followed by 2 caplets 3 times per day for 80 days. After completion of the 90 days the user may retrum to consuming 1 caplet 3 times per day.

Notes: According to the American Arthritis Society, the term arthritis refers to more than one hundred separate conditions. These medications may temporarily help to relieve the symptoms of pain but do nothing to eliminate or combat the disease itself. In fact, studies show that continual use of NSAIDs and prescription medications can actually accelerate the deterioration of the joints and worsen arthritis or other inflammatory conditions.
